Privacy Policy
Amplifi LLC · growyournetworth.com · Effective date: January 1, 2026 · Version 1.0
This policy explains what information Amplifi LLC (“Amplifi,” “we,” “us”) collects when you use growyournetworth.com and our related programs, including Amplifi Foundations, Growth Circle, and Wealth Rewritten events and webinars, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We’ve written it to be read, not skimmed past. If anything is unclear, ask us at the contact address at the bottom.
1. What we collect
Information you give us
- Contact and account details. Name, email address, phone number, and mailing address when you register for a webinar, buy a ticket, join a program, or fill out a form.
- Payment information. Your card details are collected and processed by our payment processors (Stripe and Authorize.net). We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
- Onboarding questionnaire responses. If you join Growth Circle, we ask about your occupation or business, estimated net worth, income, portfolio and real estate holdings, private market exposure, and financial goals, so we can make your onboarding useful. This is sensitive information and we treat it that way; see Sections 3, 6, and 7.
- Agreement records. When you accept our Terms & Conditions or sign a member agreement, we record the acceptance, including the date, time, IP address, and the version of the document you agreed to.
- Communications. Emails, texts, chat messages during webinars, questions you submit, and notes from calls with our team.
- Referrals. If you refer a friend, we collect the name and contact details you provide about them, and we use that information only to contact them about the referral.
- Photos, video, and testimonials. If you attend an in-person event or give us a testimonial, we may collect photos, recordings, and your statements, as covered in our Terms & Conditions.
Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data. IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, links clicked, and referring pages.
- Cookies and similar technologies. Used by us and the analytics and advertising services in Section 5, including session-replay tools that record how visitors interact with our pages.
- Webinar attendance data. Registration, attendance, and watch time for our webinars and trainings.
2. How we use it
- To provide the programs you signed up for: tickets, webinars, memberships, onboarding, community access, and events.
- To process payments, manage renewals, and send required notices, including renewal reminders before your membership renews.
- To personalize your onboarding and, where you’ve consented, your community experience.
- To send marketing email and text messages, which you can opt out of at any time (Section 4).
- To understand how our pages perform and improve them (Section 5).
- To advertise our programs, including through advertising platforms that use information from our site (Section 5).
- To keep records of agreements, consents, and transactions, and to comply with legal obligations.
- To prevent fraud and protect our members, our team, and our services.
3. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described here:
- Service providers. Companies that run parts of our operation for us: our CRM and marketing platform (GoHighLevel/LeadConnector), payment processors (Stripe, Authorize.net), webinar and video platforms, our community platform (Skool), scheduling tools, email and SMS delivery services, and analytics providers. They receive what they need to do their jobs and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
- Advertising partners. As described in Section 5, advertising platforms such as Meta receive limited information from our site through cookies and pixels. California law may treat this as “sharing” for targeted advertising; Section 10 explains how to opt out.
- Inside the community, with your consent. The member directory described in Section 6, only if you said yes.
- Professional advisers and authorities. Lawyers, accountants, and auditors under confidentiality, and government authorities where the law requires it.
- Business transfers. If Amplifi is ever acquired or reorganized, information may transfer as part of that transaction, under this policy’s protections.
What we never do: we do not share your questionnaire financial details (net worth, income, holdings) with advertisers, sponsors, or deal general partners. When you invest in any opportunity, you deal directly with that deal’s sponsor under its own documents, and you decide what to share with them.
4. Email and text messages
When you give us your email or phone number, you may receive messages from us about your purchases (receipts, event logistics, renewal reminders) and, where you’ve agreed, marketing messages about our programs.
- Email: every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing doesn’t stop transactional emails like receipts and renewal notices.
- Text messages: message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. We do not share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing.
5. Cookies, analytics, and advertising
We use the following categories of tools. Where names are listed, they reflect our current stack and may change over time:
- Analytics: Google Analytics 4 (traffic and usage patterns) and Microsoft Clarity (heatmaps and session replays that show how visitors interact with pages).
- Advertising: the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) pixel and similar tools, which help us measure our ads and reach people likely to be interested in our programs.
- Functional: cookies that keep forms, checkouts, and video players working.
You can control cookies through your browser settings, use the opt-outs offered by these providers (for example, the Google Analytics opt-out and Meta’s ad preferences), and, if you are in a state with an applicable privacy law, use the opt-out described in Section 10.
6. The member directory
Growth Circle includes a private member directory. During onboarding we ask whether you’re okay with your name, occupation, email, state, and net worth range being visible to other members inside the private community. This is entirely your choice, it happens only if you say yes, and you can change your answer at any time by contacting us. Directory information is visible only inside the private community, never publicly.
7. How long we keep information
- Account, purchase, and membership records: for as long as you have a relationship with us and as required for tax, accounting, and legal purposes afterward.
- Agreement and consent records (terms acceptances, signatures, renewal consents): at least three years after your membership ends, consistent with legal requirements.
- Marketing data: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
- Questionnaire responses: for the duration of your membership plus a reasonable archival period, unless you ask us to delete them sooner (Section 9).
8. Security
We use reputable providers, encryption in transit, access controls, and payment processors that are PCI-DSS compliant. No system is perfectly secure, so we can’t promise the impossible, but we take protecting your information seriously, especially the financial details you share in onboarding.
9. Your choices and rights
Wherever you live, you can:
- Ask us what personal information we have about you;
- Ask us to correct it or delete it;
- Opt out of marketing email and texts at any time;
- Withdraw your member-directory consent;
- Ask questions about this policy and get a real answer.
To make any of these requests, use the contact details in Section 14. We’ll respond within the time required by your state’s law, and in any case within 45 days. We will never treat you worse for exercising a privacy right.
10. California residents
If you live in California, state law gives you specific rights regarding personal information: the right to know what we collect and how we use and share it (this policy is that disclosure), the right to access and correct it, the right to delete it (with legal exceptions, such as records we must keep), the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
We don’t sell personal information for money. Our use of advertising pixels (Section 5) may count as “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law. To opt out of that sharing, email us at [email protected] with the subject “California opt-out,” and manage cookies through your browser settings and the provider tools in Section 5.
Categories we collect, in the statute’s terms: identifiers (name, email, phone, address, IP), commercial information (purchases, memberships), financial information you volunteer in onboarding, internet activity (usage, analytics), audio/visual (event photos, webinar recordings, testimonials), and inferences (program interests). We collect them from you and from your use of our site, for the purposes in Section 2, and share them as described in Section 3. We do not knowingly collect or sell the personal information of anyone under 16.
Residents of other states with privacy laws (Colorado, Virginia, Connecticut, Texas, and others) have similar rights and can use the same contact route; we honor applicable rights based on where you live.
11. Children
Our programs and site are for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and if we learn we have, we’ll delete it.
12. Links to other sites
Our pages link to third-party sites: deal sponsors’ materials, review platforms like Trustpilot and Google, our community platform, and social media. Their privacy practices are their own; this policy covers only what we do.
13. Changes to this policy
When we make material changes, we’ll update the effective date and version at the top and, for significant changes affecting members, notify you by email. Prior versions are available on request.
